Makajawan Week 6 (2021)
Makajawan Week 6 was great, even though they had to endure a few challenges. They faced two storms that made them have to go and sleep overnight in the dining hall, and during one of them, a few scout's tent covers blew off, and their stuff got soaked. Makajawan lost power for a couple of days, which meant no showers. We had our classes canceled because of the storms. There was even a bear sighting. But through all this, we persevered and still found ways to have fun. We held our own troop 64 raspberry cooking competition, using the berries growing on the bushes at Makajawan. We played badminton, cards, and a lot of roofball. And the best part is, everyone got most of their badges done despite the cancellations that the storms brought. So all in all, even though the week brought challenges, we learned to overcome them and even make the week better.
