Troop 64 was founded in 1967 and has been an active part of the community since that time. Our Troop adheres to the philosophy of a "scout led" Troop with adults providing guidance and support. Our Troop includes young men with a variety of interests and we support their involvement in Scouting as part of a variety of activities.

We support the aims of Boy Scouting which are:

• Build moral strength and character

• Foster citizenship

• Develop physical, mental and moral fitness
